This lotion worked really well for my grandmother. She was dealing with a lot of itching and irritation, and this helped calm her skin quickly. It’s gentle, easy to apply, and we liked that it’s steroid-free. After using it consistently, her skin looked much better and she felt a lot more comfortable. Definitely a helpful product to have at home for irritated skin.

The steriod free anti-itch relief isn’t greasy it soaks right into the skin. It helps with mild itching. So it does help for a good hour. It’s easy to apply. It’s a good value for one who have the skin irritation and can’t use a lot of the lotions out there. This is hypoallergenic for that extra sensitive skin. This is very nice quality. This is steriod free so you don’t have to worry about using this on children.

As someone who dislikes the sensory feeling of lotion on their skin, this lotion is actual quite decent. I have extremely sensitive skin and this truly feels like it was made with sensitive skin in mind. It has an extremely light, barely-there scent that almost immediately goes away after being rubbed into the skin. Usually when a bottle says 'unscented' I tend to not believe it because they always have a scent of some kind or another. This lotion does have a slight, short-term scent, but as mentioned, it really doesn't last long and it is not be bothersome in the slightest. The texture is decent, but I greatly dislike the feeling of lotion so I can't judge too much. There is a very mild greasiness, but again, that might just be me. I have very dry skin and it soaks in rather quickly, leaving my skin extremely soft, but it does leave the slightest of sheens on the surface. I will say, I don't notice a lot of anti-itch support. Regardless, if you're looking for the simplest of lotions without harmful fragrance, this is absolutely a great contender.

I have dry skin and have issues with itching, especially on my back. My dermatologist recommended Sarna and it works for me. I had a friend mention he was having trouble with chigger bites, and he says Sarna worked great for itch relief from his chigger bites.

Ive had this unbearable and unsightly rash on my hand for years. Almost looks like dishpan hands or eczema though tested its neither of those but very itchy, red. I have fibromyalgia so maybe its a fibro rash. Idk. Anyway, used all types of lotions. Gold bond, Lubriderm, Cereve, lotion specifically for eczema ,etc. Most of those lotions irritated my skin or just created a lot of lotion buildup or just didnt help. I ran across this and Decided to try. Its wonderful and has helped. Its light. Fragrance free. Not oily. Doesn't cake on skin and doesnt irritate the rash. The rash has improved greatly because it isn't irritated by the use of the lotion therefore able to heal! The lotion is ,as ive mentioned, very light, it is moisturizing though you may find your skin doesnt feel as soft as the heavier lotions and creams. I will continue to buy it and recommend you give it a try if like me you've tried so many other lotions and they've disappointed you. You just may find relief!

I love Sarna Sensitive Anti-Itch Lotion, but the pump dispenser is defective and can't dispense all the lotion. The viscosity is too thick. As a result, at least 25% of the lotion remains in the bottle once the pump stops dispensing. I have to saw the bottle in half to retrieve the remaining lotion.!
