Is there instructions on how to attach the extensions?

The extension is fixed by Velcro. You can fix the Velcro on the extension according to the corresponding position at the fixed Velcro position of the product, and adjust the tightness of the paste according to your leg circumference

Are these extensions for the cm-080a-bu model also?

I don't know that model number but if they use Velcro yes.These are very easy to use and they are Velcro ,you just slide one end into the clasp and do the same on the other side very easy to do.

Can they be used to extend the leg part below the knee?
