Bonsaii shredder arrived on time. It was extremely easy to put together. My husband did most of the assembling, while I read the instructions. Very sturdy, rolls well on carpet. Had another shredder which i disliked intensely! Couldn't put but 5-5 pieces of paper at a time. It would over heat within a few minutes. Then you have to put it away to let it cool down. Eventually, you would just give up. The Bonsaii shredder is said to be able to work an hour, before you would have to let it cool for just a few minutes. I usually shred for about 45-50 minutes and have not had to stop yet. Put papers, credit cards, envelopes, and staples in the shredder with no problems! I have had the shredder since October 1, 2024 and very pleased with it. The only thing I found was at first it wouldn't work. Plug, unplug. Turn off, turn on. Take the shredder bin out, put back in. Finally saw an arrow on top right corner. Under that arrow there is a switch. Turned the switch on and the rest is history! Very well build shredder. Also very quiet. I can watch tv and shred papers!

These Bonsai cleaning and lubrication sheets really work to keep your shredder in top shape. My sig other shred a soft plastic bag by accident and it gummed up the shredder blades. Used this product (follow the directions) and my Bonsai shredder is back to normal. If you buy these Bonsai cleaner sheets you won’t regret it. Keeps the shredder working smoothly.

Sheets work great but directions can be confusing. Best to use the directions on the sheet rather than the container/box they come in.

I used these lubricant sheets for the shredder in my home office. I just put one in like regular paper and ran the shredder. It made a small sound but nothing different from usual, just a bit smoother. After running the sheet, the shredder cut paper without getting stuck or making that loud noise it sometimes does. I like that I don’t have to mess with bottles of oil. My hands stay clean, and the sheets go right into the machine. The size fits in my shredder with no trouble. I do this about once a month to keep the blades working good.My son tried one for his shredder at work and said it helped with the jams he had before. I keep a few of the sheets in the drawer by the shredder so I don’t forget. It feels easy to keep up with and does not take extra time. No mess to clean up after.
