Awesome quality practice fighting sticks.
These are light weight and durable. Works well for sparring!

As advertised
Sturdy enough to take a beating, but shouldn't be used for heavy contact/free sparring (not strong enough for repeated heavy strikes, the padding will give way and rip). Firm but lightweight, perfect for technical sparring with light to medium contact. Impact is heavy enough to register a strike...be careful striking hands and forearms as it has enough weight to really zing your uke if you're really going for it. The black colored ones don't have the logo etched on the side. Solid product.

Use with caution
Purchased them for Krav Maga. They worked well, however the caps on the end will pop off upon impact.
