Kicked the flu type b cough from the flu shot the first 2 days of use, with the youngevity daily vitamin and eggs every morning... also other homeopathy and natural medicine , Md medicine but this seems to be the important deal breaker I need to take to set my immune system straight. I will warn you , you take the daily When ever you feel an urge to eat or drink, but digestive issues can occur with a viral infection since it has nowhere else to go- so get all his digestive principle products aswell because candida from the antibiotic and your immune system just storing minerals for a few days in your gut- with healthy irregular bowels is not fun. I started it a few weeks ago... and I can't leave the bathroom... lowered dose with same result. Stopped it for 3 day and I'm fine. Started again 2 hours ago... back in the bathroom. Stuff is very hard to mix... taste is not great but I do feel better on my hikes... full of energy... and my workouts at the gym are unreal... no cramps, no sore muscles the next day and I'm increasing my weights a lot with each visit. Ok, so I've been taking these for over a month and I noticed a handful positive effects after about a week or two. #1.) I normally wake up groggy in the morning. When I'm taking the Youngevity products, I wake up in the morning without that "fog," ready to go. I don't quite believe it myself, but it's pretty nice not to have that morning lag. #2.) I don't get food or junkfood cravings when I'm taking this. But, my body will actually crave the shakes. #3.) I actually noticed an improvement in my memory. Now, i'm not your average person, I've struggled with memory issues for a long time.This didn't cure me, but I can tell it's definitely helping. #4.) I feel a steady amount of energy throughout the day. Which is interesting, as I didn't change my eating habits until after taking it for a month. Eating habits being equal, I notice when I don't drink the supplements, I'm more prone to that morning grogginess and energy is inconsistent. Now, just so I'm clear, I've taken multivitamins on and off for years. I've never noticed any improvements with any vitamin or supplement i've taken. i bought this through the recommendation of a friend's chiropractor, thinking it might help with my new diagnosis of osteoporosis. first - the taste is so cloyingly sweet that it makes me gag. second - is it sweetened with stevia, a product i avoid, would have preferred good old sugar. third - today i took it to a consultation with a renown osteoporosis MD, so he could evaluate it as a potential part of treatment. he read the labels and told me i could continue to take the capsules, as they would not do me any harm, but that i should definitely NOT take the powders, as they contain substances that he would not recommend - boron and strontium, to name 2. he emphasized that i could easily obtain whatever vitamins and nutrients i needed from a healthy diet, and certainly did not need to spend what i spent on this. too bad for me, a lesson well learned, and truthfully i could not make myself take this unless it was a true miracle, which it most definitely is not.
