Informed Sport and easy to take
Naturally like with most supplements, it can be hard to see a noticeable difference and you just have to hope it's doing good stuff on the inside. The price was (at the time of purchase) the same as their own website but Amazon Prime promised a faster delivery date. The capsules are really small which makes them super easy to swallow compared to similar products. Lots of capsules so decent value for money. One of the key reasons I ordered these is because it is "Informed Sport". This means it is batch tested for any potential contamination, ensuring only the highest quality ingredients are used. This is amazing as an athlete as that same standard doesn't apply to all well known supplement brands.

Effective
I had low vitamin D according to a blood test at the doctors so they advised i take a vitamin D pill. These were effective in restoring my vitamin D levels.

Easy to use
I like the easy spray action. Just spray once in mouth and that's your daily dose. It has a minty taste

Faulty sprayer on previous purchase
First on recieved was fine, second had a faulty sprayer and on contact with supplier they were less than helpful. So we purchase a third one which is OK. Our main gripe is poor customer relations by e mail!!
