How does it stay in centre of a pond?

I've struggled with this. It tends to get blown to one side and then just jets the water out of the container until it runs out. Solution - find a plant pot the right size for the fountain to fit in. Stone(s) in the pot to keep it on the bottom. Float the fountain inside. Now it can't drift!

How deep should the container be?

A bucket is good. Or container bigger than the solar unit. To allow the water to fall back into the bucket.The more light it get the water is raised higher. And will spill out over sides.

Can this work with under a lamp instead of sunlight?

To be honest I haven’t tried. But it struggles unless it’s receiving very direct sunlight, so I’d seriously doubt a light would have any effect on it.

How do you attach the smallest nozzle (B2)? Is it meant to fit direct onto the centre, not the B1 nozzle?
