This printer has really impressed me. It delivers excellent print quality, producing sharp and clear prints every time. It’s also very cost-effective, providing great value for the price. I appreciate how quietly it operates, making it ideal for a home or office setting where noise can be an issue. The delivery was fast, which was a pleasant surprise. I am writing this review after using the product for 2 months. The printer worked well at the start but after printing 50 pages overall, the printer stopped working. I reached out to the customer support team and the technician informed that cartridge is empty. When the company claims a yield of 120 pager per cartridge, any logical person would assume a print of atleast 200 pages but that's not the case with this printer. Either I was given a faulty product with poor or used cartridge or there is VERY WIDE GAP between claims and reality. The new cartridge costs ~1600 which is giving a Rs 30 per print. I can easily go in the market and get it much cheaper. I feel cheated after this. I would like to warn other users before they make an investment

Low quality

Working really fine using it since 3 months. Only ink price is too high. I only bought it for the scaning paper nothing more need .

I bought this printer with high hopes, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. While it looks compact and stylish, the performance is extremely poor. One cartridge gives a maximum of just 50 prints, and a replacement costs ₹700–₹800, which is very expensive and not worth it. Even after buying new cartridges, the printer often fails to work properly especially when printing via USB from a laptop. It takes an unreasonably long time to respond, wasting both time and effort. I also tried using high-quality refill ink to reduce the cost per page, and it worked only once. After that, the printer stopped recognizing the cartridges and kept asking for original ones. I ended up wasting money on both the printer and the inks. Also, if a new cartridge is not used for about a month, it dries up completely. Overall, one of my worst purchases definitely not recommended.

CAUTION: hp ink catridges are infamous for ink level reuction from 100% to 20% just after printing 5 color picture in glossy paper BEFORE BUYING THIS PRINTER CONSIDER THE ABOVE.
