BOLT Energy Chews

Love these. Get some sick of gels and this gives me the energy I need without the grossness of gels. I used these every 3 miles on 20 mile runs training for Boston marathon. Also side note…. Qualified again for Boston 2027

These gummies are perfect for a burst of energy on the tennis court. I take them to every match and take a few as needed throughout my game. I find these keep my energy up more so than Gatorade does. Since I don't eat all the pieces from one bag in one sitting, I bring an extra snack-sized zip lock baggie along because they can get quite sticky once you open a package. Very happy that they offer a variety box! All flavors are tasty.

These work great and taste even better

I've been a serious cyclist for many (many) years and have tried a lot of quick fuel/ nutrition options. I prefer gummies to gels, for the most part. I do like these gummies/ chews for variety, flavor and price. The only drawback is that the consistency is a little stickier than I would like. Cycling in the summer is warm and adding having these in a jersey pocket: they get quite sticky and hard to extricate from the bag.

Don’t know. What happened with ProBar but this is disappointing. Only 11 of 12. It was a better experience before they went to Amazon for their distribution 4/29/2026 Update: I reached out to the company via email and they responded me back immediately. They have been working to remedy the order and I appreciate them getting on it so quickly. My thoughts are that this was a one off issue and looking forward to ordering from them in the future.

I got these so I can have more energy at work. I work a very active job. They seem to do a decent job with the energy. I’ve tried most of the flavors in this packet and they are very good. I also think they have great portion sizes. And only 90 calories which is great. They are pretty sticky so I definitely don’t eat them with my hands.

These are great, but I removed 2 stars since I only received 3 of the 6 flavors shown in the picture. Really disappointed since the flavors I got were not the ones I was looking forward to.

Being someone with salt issues, I tested myself not taking these for two days one weekend just out of curiousity and my body needed these badly to level myself out. I have been taking them every morning since I got them back in August and it is only two a day. I do love the flavors they are really good, a bit tough to chew but I expected that. This is a really good product for those that have trouble keeping their salt levels up. I'm actually fixing to order my next box here in October.
