My Nitrate and Phosphate reading were off the scale and I used this, and within a fortnight my aquarium water was stable with low nitrate and phosphate readings

Seems to be effective in temporarily reducing nitrate levels whilst you sort out the cause

Used the recommended dose and it killed most of my tank, all shrimp gone and plecs killed overnight.

Does the trick but I still favour the nepox.

Don't use it,says on bottle if levels are still high then put in 10 mil per 100 litres,did this and it wiped out my fish,so beware
