I love this set of oils! They contain herbs and spices, which really enhances the flavor. I like to make my own salad dressing and these are great additions, adding a nice pop of flavor.

I am a frequent user of infused Extra Virgin Olive Oils. I neglected to consider this item is a "Gift Set". I need a "Chef Set" as the bottles are only 8.5 fl.oz and not enough. The quality is high, but not as intense as others used for preparing and cooking. The flavor on a scale of 1-5 would be a 2 for me.
