Well first its not heavy, its pretty light. Second its not very hard, its made of hollow yet sturdy plastic with a little bit of squishability. Third its about 5 and 1/2 inches tall and about 3 and 1/2 inches wide from the legs, 2 and 1/2 inches from the chest, 1 and a 1/2 inches for the head, 8 and 1/2 inches from the foot to the tail, and about 10 inches with the wings spread out.
