No. They are not cold. They are ultra pasteurized, therefore do not need to be refrigerated until they are opened.

Am I reading the label correct? Finally a protein drink with NO stevia, sucralose or fake sugar?

I bought these for my son for before football practice. He didn’t like them, gave him an upset stomach.

Are these safe to ship at room temperature? The label says it contains milk. Is that shelf-stable milk then?
