Put this in the middle of your sitting room, crank up the volume on the music, put your disco light on and turn off the lights. I have lost a significant amount of weight since I bought this item a couple of months ago- the step has held up to my constant use every day, and is still solid. It does exactly what it is meant to do. The only thing I would be picky about is that it is a bit slippy on a hard floor but I have fixed that by putting a non slip grippy mat under it. The height adjustment makes it possible to do dips, and arm strengthening exercises. I absolutely love this step.

Step is a decent size, is easy to assemble and seems pretty sturdy (although yet to be used). I only gave 4 stars though because delivery let it down. I was given 3hr ordering window for delivery on Monday when I would be in. I ordered within the window. Delivery however was brought fwd to Saturday (when I would be away). So I left delivery instructions for a safe place. Unfortunately delivery instructions weren't followed and the product was left highly visible on my drive in the pouring rain. Luckily it didn't get stolen and my neighbour took it in for me the next morning until I got home.

It took me a few moments to get used to its larger than expected size, being a small person myself. However, I put it temporarily next to my bed and tried out there. I could envisage straight away that leaving it there would give me no excuses to not use it and it is so easy to get going on this simple but smart piece of equipment. If the size really does get too much you can just pick it up and take it somewhere else and store it flat or up right with or without the side stands. I could see the benefits of this simple well made device straight away, as it can be used in numerous work out stances.

I wanted mine to do step aerobics on and for this reason it is not suitable. Platform not long enough not wide enough. I did try the product and wasn’t wide enough for me to feel safe jumping over as not a lot of room for error with food tread. Felt quite restricted using it due to the size. Was also moving on my floor. That being said if not looking for an energetic workout and using for weights etc, I think this would be a great buy.

Step is well constructed, sturdy and exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend.

Perfect Step for a nice workout and the price is top. Easy to handle

The product is quite sturdy but moves a lot during workout which is rather annoying. Now I have to buy anti slip pads or carpet to put under it.

I tried another stepper and they were a bit harder to use because you have to mind that they are smaller--this one is the perfect size without being too big, and still portable. Thanks. So far it's held up being used 1x/week and I'm only 110 lbs.
