I dont know how to find out whether this compass is super accurate or not. I bought it because my phone is too old to allow a compass app, so I have nothing with which to compare. Still, the make is solid, the finish and colour are excellent, and at least roughly speaking the directions are correct.

Built to last, with professional levels of accuracy. There's so much precision possible in using a compass for orienteering. It's loads of fun to go hiking with a real (paper) map and a real compass such as this. Keep the phone/watch GPS for emergencies.

Not worthy the cost, sometimes work sometimes not

Very sturdy and very accurate. This is exactly like the Army compasses I am familiar with. One additional feature is the centering bubble. It has gone through two seasons and no fogging up yet, so air-tightedness is not at all an issue. Very reasonable price for the quality you get and definitely value for money.
