Excellent Coolant
Super clean. Doesn't leave a scum film in the machine or on machined parts. Excellent lubricity. Reduces chatter and tool wear. Excellent corrosion resistance. Long lasting. Low foaming. Low odor. All around excellent product. Possibly the ultimate coolant for CNC machining.

Bandsaw runs cool, smooth, and rust free
This coolant/fluid seems to work great for infrequent home use. I've used it in a 7x12 bandsaw to cut steel tubing, steel alloys, and stainless with no heat build up or chip clearing issues. I mixed the coolant with distilled water at a 10% coolant mix (recommendation to avoid rust for infrequent use), and have not had any issues with rust, bacteria, etc just letting it sit between infrequent uses (weeks between use at times). It is probably overkill for what I do, but I wanted to try a coolant that doesn't smoke. Pros: - Simple to mix and clean up (water soluble) - No rust after leaving coolant to sit on equipment - Parts are cool to the touch, and are cut as smooth as expected - Does not smell terrible - Can use same coolant for other equipment - Made in USA with SDS available online: - Respiratory sensitization Classification not possible. Not a respiratory sensitizer. - Skin sensitization This product is not expected to cause skin sensitization - Meets some important sounding aerospace and environmental regulations Cons: - The air will smell slightly like the coolant while/after running equipment (open door/run a fan). - Price ($51.50USD/1Gallon) is higher than other coolants, but I am not buying in a quantity where that matters. - Worth it if it won't kill me in 30 years. Good for grinding
I have this in both a surface and an OD grinder and it seems to work well

It's What You Use
Make sure you get a cutting fluid that doesn't go rancid after months in the holding tank. I use this for my Harbor Freight 7' by 12' Horizontal Bandsaw. Would recommend.

Not oily or sticky
This cutting fluid is worth every penny. The other stuff I was using left a hard sticky tar like build up of metal grit and oil all over my band saw whereas this premium cutting fluid doesn't leave the oily mess. When it dries I just remove metal grit with a magnetic pickup tool, brush, vacuum or rag. I love using my band saw again and I'm amazed every time I use it now, it's so clean and easy to clean. I have no problem with recommending this product.
