I was going to return this item. Seriously I was. My plan was this... buy the phone & if its rubbish, flimsy or just stupid looking I'm going to return its ass and stick to my old phone. When I got the phone I looked at it & thought what's all the fuss about. I played with it for an hour and thought "I can't be this extravagant".I then put forward my Amazon return form. But, I didn't box it up. I put my old apps on it. I put on Call of Duty, Valiant Hearts, Netflix, Mortal Kombat, Kindle, Twitch, Sublime and all the other apps that I use. I fully immersed myself into using this overpriced phone for my daily tasks and after just 2 days I thought" I can't send this back " this item was (to my disappointment) actually worth keeping. It surprised me how easily it obliterated my S9+.So you might be thinking."Why did you buy this phone"?Because I saw that it flipped, it was cheaper than the new one (1k+ for a phone bloodclait you must be mad), It was a new folding thing and it looked cool and it had more storage than the fold 2. That's it, those are my honest reasons. But then I made the mistake of actually using it (full review to follow).Front screen: Some might say the front screen is too small. The front screen is slightly thinner, but alot longer than the iPhone 5s. The front screen is fully usable you can do everything your old phone does on the front screen (I wrote this review on the front screen) and you get used to the size. If you saw how big I am you would say "On, I can work with that screen if he can".And if you don't like the front screen open the phone and then POW.. You have the tablet size screen. The app you were using on the front screen automatically opens on the big one.And because the phone is thin it just slips into your pocket. And dudes you know that with skinny jeans you need spare room in the pocket area.Now you might complain because it isn't water proof for me that's not a problem I have never used my phone in the water"hey, I'm in the river.. Selfie time"Oh & it isn't dust proof."which I find confusing because how much dust would form on a phone"But before you say wha dee I don't want that, here's some good points.You actually don't need a water proof or dust proof phone. Just buy a waterproof or regular case.I work in IT (yes somebody has too) and this has been the most useful phone which I have owned. It allows me to read documents, gain remote access to people's pcs, use Sublime websites, test websites & create Power Apps & the game quality whoooo (but that's another section of this review). Oh and my friends seem to love the big screen and camera for doing their stupid eyelashes. It's good when girls are calling your name, but it's bad when it's just to use your phone so that they can clearly check their makeup.If your still using your old phone trust me this phone will change your opinion of phones.Battery power. Well I charged my battery yesterday morning and its still on 58%. I got tired of charging my phone every single day. Always having to ask"Have you got a charger" , "Where can I plug in the charger" " OK wemeed to go here quick, quick my battery is going to die" & the all time favourite "where abouts is your charger as my battery is almost dead"If your tired of asking these questions then this phone will resolve that.

I return it waiting for my refund not having much luck they lust say the phone was not insured so I can have it back

I ordered this phone as a refurbished product on Christmas Eve, so I expected a device that had some use/wear, and delivered in the first week in 2021.At 8am on the 27th December this brand-new phone was delivered; even in this same-day delivery world we live in I was impressed. If you're reading this as a potential buyer, buy. If you're reading this as a person who supplied this, thank you so much.

Spent £800 on the phone, item came in a Jiffy bag, no accessories no instructions how I am suppose to use it, wow how awful is that. To compound things the phone was also wet had no protective film.as you can see from the picture that’s how it came Really? Can’t explain how I am feeling.Never again. Such an awful experience. Returning item straight away. Definitely not recommending.
