Does this pan have a hammered dimpled bottom? Photo shows one, but mine is not.....

Mine does not. Be sure and rub oil on the pan after it is washed.

No, I do not believe it will. This is a very large stainless steel pan. It's heavy and works best over a large round gas flame. Can use on BBQ but may not fit most. Best model of BBQ would be an old fashioned round charcoal BBQ.

I just got the pata negra 22” and the bottom is not flat. Is you Paella pans completely flat? I needed it flat and not curved
