I ordered these for me and my 95 year old wife so we could communicate while in different rooms and while I'm out mowing the yard. After reading the reviews I was concerned about how hard it would be for my wife to press the talk button - but that is a non-issue as we are so pleased that it takes very little pressure to activate. These are so compact and light! They are very easy and comfortible to hold. They charge via the USB-C socket on the side and there is no need to remove the belt clip for this. If you use the clip, it's easy to attach and remove. The range is great as I tested it from across the street and all around the outside of our house (for lawn mowing use) and it works great! The speaker volume is adjustable and can be set plenty loud. The sound quality is excellent! I'm so delighted with these. I highly recommend them!

These are used as an intercom w/ my disabled mother. They are easy to use. The sound quality is good. Only detraction is battery only lasts about 4 days when in standby, i. e. not is active use.

They are simple to use, work great, and the price was reasonable. I use them to keep in touch with my elderly neighbor. She only has to push the big button on the front to get in touch with me instantly!

I bought these for vacations but I broke my leg and had to spend some time in bed. I gave my husband one for me to call him on when I needed something. He was thrilled of course. Ha!

Good communications sound and intuitively easy to use, but instructions poorly written and in some places not make sense. Reception worked well throughout the house. Outside range was about 1/2 mile, but not a problem because we only used it within the house. The power connection for one of the chargers was poorly fabricated, and the charger failed after 3 weeks. The USB connector no longer would plug into the charger and make a connection. We returned the intercoms and received a refund. Because of the poor workmanship I am researching to find a better made intercom.

I chose this model because I wanted one that lights up when a call comes in. That way, when I have headphones on, I can see a call is coming in, and can remove my headphones to listen. But the light flashes intermittently every few seconds while on standy (i.e whenever it is functional). This renders the light-up feature useless. It's also is enough to disturb my sleep (as I prefer a totally dark room, with no lights flashing).I also dislike there being no charging station. In order to charge this you have to partially remove a plastic side-panel and plug in the cable.Finally, I would prefer a ring-tone instead of a voice suddenly talking. This has an SOS alarm, but it is very jarring.If these issues don't matter to you, then this model may be for you. This will help save our marriage by allowing us to talk and be heard when we are in separate rooms on our computers. Works great!
