Old School Weatherstripping, Works Well.
I have a insulated box above the entry on my attic's pull-down stairs. The box is hinged and covers the entry for energy efficiency. The felt was used to provide an air seal when it is closed. Works well. I used a stapler to install the felt; Spaced about every five inches. The felt is old school stuff; Basically it's just a cushy/soft fiberous material. Somewhat fragile, best used in places that won't see a lot of activity.

Okay, but no adhesive
I had to use 3m adhesive tape to make this work for what I need. It was okay, didnโt last long and I ended up just throwing it away.

Tight space
Weather strip works great for front door hinged edge. Only weather strip that would fit tight space.

Placement was key to stop draft
30 + year old house, The windows that are able to be opened we could feel draft from them when closed. Tried other product but found the felt was able to be placed closer to window to create a good seal.
