Will this cut vevor's steel lawn edging?

It is not recommended to use this Hand Plate Shear to cut vevor's steel lawn edging.

I need to cut narrow strips from thin brass sheet stock. Specifically, .010 to .040 thick brass, 1/16 wide. Will this tool do this accurately?

The description states that it has an extended handle. Did I not have one included? My handle is @ 12" and needs to be longer.

Will this shear cut up car tires?

I mean it could probably cut up a bunch of random things. I don't see why car tires would be an exception, although you'd first have to already have cut the tire up into small enough pieces to cut it with the shear. You could cut up Barbie Dolls or JI Joe figures or slice Pizza with it... but it is designed for cutting metal. The problem would be that by using the blade for other non-intended purposes you could dull the blade, or get a bunch of residue all over it that you'd have to clean off so it would properly cut metal again. But you know... Do what you want and cut up all the things!
