extremely comfy. easy to get on in a hurry thanks so adjustable straps and soft material. well made and looking good after a couple of washes. i'm b cup with a wide frame, wear a 12 usually - i don't like tight things. Large is perfect on me. holds me but can adjust if i want more lift (lol). i'm not a runner but i dont think it would be suitable for that activity as it's not an extremely firm top. i wear this for home work-outs which are low-impact. i also wear cycling as it's very comfy, airy with nice thinner straps, doesn't add bulk and the padding covers that particular chest region nicely, again lol. it's a great buy - not the cheapest, in fact, wouldn't like to pay much more BUT very good.

Good quality & comfortable
I wasn't expecting much for the price of £4.99. but I am pleasantly surprised! The material is good thick quality. Well made and very stretchy. I ordered a M & am a size 12 UK usually. It fits well & the padded inserts are an extra bonus.

Comfortable
Comfortable and supportive padding. I am UK size 8 and it fits me perfectly and doesn't feel tight. Very pleased with the bra, and the back is pretty if you want to wear on it's own. I suffer from back pain working in the office all day long. I've been wearing my bra even if I'm not workingout.
