Delicious, nutritious and easy to make
I used to make all my smoothies from scratch but it was a real hassle and I'd end up with wasted fruit sometimes... then I discovered Love Smoothies - so much easier! Just pop the contents of the sachet and some liquid into the blender and it's done. I make mine with coconut water... and often throw in extras like fresh ginger, hemp seeds... or oats if I want something more filling. You have a lovely base flavour which is great and I do have them on their own...or you can vary things to suit your taste. They always taste good (Pash n Shoot and Detox Zing are my favourites), they're refreshing and packed full of fruit and veg goodness. And no more food waste - bonus!
