What is the difference between the 38.99 bag and the 24.12 one?

All Etidy foldable tote bags are the exact same size and made of the exact same material. The only difference I found between the cheeper bags and the more expensive bags are the design. My pineapple bag is more on the designer appearance, therefore more expensive. I gladly paid more for my bag because it is so doggone cute. Everyone compliments me on it.

Is this bag washable?

I believe you could wash and line dry this bag. I haven't done it with this bag but with other similar material bags. I washed it with towels and hung up to dry after reshaping it.
