The XXl fits true to size , a very nice lightweight and comfortable berghaus t-shirt for casual wear or as a good quality layer for hiking or on it's own on a warm day. It was excellent value at £18 the price i paid , it's not too loose around the neck , it's breathable, lightweight and sits nice at the waist too, not too loose or baggy, a good streamlined fit with a simple berghaus logo at the chest, it looks really smart on , the material feels smooth and is ideal for my hikes and camps, but can be worn as a good casual t-shirt with shorts or trousers.

I've been wearing Berghaus tech tees for approx 10 years as they were supplied as uniform by my previous employer. Now that I've changed jobs I've continued to buy them for myself. I'm now on my 3rd purchase after being impressed by each previous one. The older tees were obviously very good but the newer generation (with silver logo back & front) are a lot thinner & therefore lighter which in my opinion is an advantage. They are infinitely better than cotton tees in terms of temperature/sweat/odour regulation & breathability - I wear these outdoors all day every day for work & don't mind forking out my own money for them. 44-45" chest 5'8" = Large (perfect fit)

Fits well and the sizes age true

I have purchased a selection of similar ‘Tech’ activities tops from various companies. This is easily the best. Very light, very thin, but keeps body temperature at a constant comfortable level. Packs up very small. Idea for travelling on activity holidays

This material is very (too) thin meant for high output exercise, hold it up to the light and you see through it. I was hoping for a stronger weave and the neck can easily stretch or rip in short time from taking it on an off, not enough stretch material in the neck. I am 5'10, 160 lbs medium build and a medium fits the shoulders well but the length is well below the belt. I wouldn't buy this again.
