hello! is this magnesium, or magnesium oxide form?

This is Magnesium Oxide, which is not so well absorbed by the body. If you're looking for a real good quality Magnesium I would recommend Magnesium Citrate. I'm currently taking this one http://www.amazon.com/Zahler-Magnesium-Supplement-Absorption-Certified/dp/B0143EPZVW/ref=sr_1_23?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1453402764&sr=1-23&keywords=magnesium+citrate This has really helped me a lot with lots of different issues I was having.

Not big. It's a round pill (not an oblong one) and the diameter is about the same diameter as a Chapstick (less than a dime).

is that renewal package ? or same with picture package?

This is a new packaging since the last time I ordered. Mine is a taller skinnier bottle than the one pictured. But the same color scheme now

what measurement is the pill?

Dimensions are....0.45" diameter x 0.25 " thick in the center
