So glad i purchased these posters it helps to look at them to remind you how to do the work out !

Good value, different exercises on back side of posters too.

Great prints, laminated too. Like how they are landscape on one side and portrait on the other. Going back to dumbbells only I forgot a few exercises, these helped refresh my memory.
