Great for off-leash dogs...
Got the add-a-collar for the SportDog tracking system for my second dog. My off-leash dogs and I run the hills every day, and it gives me great peace of mind being able to see (track) them on my receiver.

Good system for open spaces.
Collars work great in open areas no matter how thick the cover. Wooded areas cause them trouble. Nice to share dog locations with hunting partners that are also using Tek transmitters. For upland hunting, really need to add a beeper to the collar. Overall very good.

Game changer
Best purchase we’ve made to aid in training our two GWP’s. Excellent features and easy to use. Tone, vibration and Stim are very effective and make training so much easier than without. Also the geofence feature is great! Knowing what I know now, I should have bought these years ago for training our other pups.

When will you make downloading tracks to a computer available. It's a must for search and rescue.
I do not recommend this product for search and rescue. The size is nice and the screen is but it's not an easy start and stop track and the biggest con is you can't download tracks to a computer for search report. If they fixed those to things the system would easily beat out the alpha gps collars.
