Good old Scotch Super 33. It's been the industry standard as long as I can remember and for good reason. It's all weather, it's got good adhesion, it lasts, it's flexible, it just does everything right. Might not be the cheapest, but at least you get what you're paying for.

I had a very specific use case for this tape (taping up a USB port on a motorcycle that WILL be exposed to moisture at some point.) The tape seems pretty decent quality, but the adhesion did not hold up that well. It might be just the surfaces that it was required to adhere to, but still the tape came off on its own after about a day or so without any rain what so ever. Nothing that special about this tape in my eyes. Gorilla tape is probably better.

Solid electrical tape for handiwork around the house, or securing the ends of a bar tape wrap job for your road bike. Highly recommended, although it is a little pricey.
