Finally waking up feeling rested!
I started this supplement 3 days ago, and I can honestly say they help me feel a bit better in the morning, which is a HUGE deal for me. I have never felt rested after waking up for years now. I suffer from sleep apnea, so I struggle to get the deep sleep my body needs to repair itself. These capsules have made a noticeable difference in my morning recovery, and I am so relieved to feel a bit more refreshed!

Worked Well
This sleep supplement worked so well for me that’s why I was so disappointed when my eye doctor told I couldn’t take them because they have lemon balm and that’s not safe for someone with high eye pressure. Other than that they were an excellent product. They are tasteless and odor free.

Easy to take
We have tried almost everything to help my 19 year old granddaughter sleep. I was hoping these worked. On a normal person these would probably work- she seems to be the exception! Nice flavor and it is a gummy so it has a nice flavor and I’m glad it was not a big pill with an awful taste!!

Really helpful
These work really well. Taking two pills helps me get to sleep within a half hour of taking them when I’m having a hard time getting to sleep. I always have these available just in case.
