Jump Rope, High Speed Weighted Jump Rope - Premium Quality Tangle-Free - Self-Locking Screw-Free Design - Jump Ropes for Fitness - Skipping Rope for Workout Fitness, Crossfit & Home Exercises

I picked this up to add some cardio to my body recomposition routine and for the price I am honestly amazed at the quality of this jump rope. It feels very sturdy in your hands and the weight gives it a really nice feel when you are getting a good sweat in. It is also incredibly easy to adjust the length to fit exactly what you need without having to deal with any complicated tools or cutting wire. The self locking mechanism holds tight so it never slips while you are jumping and the cable really is tangle free just like it claims. I have been using it pretty heavily for my workouts and it holds up great without any issues. If you are looking for a solid rope that does not break the bank this is definitely the one to get.

The weighted jump rope exceeded expectations. The build quality feels durable and well-made, and the tangle-free design actually works — no annoying knots during workouts. The self-locking system is very convenient and makes adjusting the length quick and simple without needing extra tools. It has a smooth, high-speed rotation that’s great for cardio, endurance training, and overall fitness. The added weight provides a solid workout without feeling uncomfortable. Overall, it’s a reliable and effective piece of equipment that offers great value for the price.

This jump rope is so much fun to use. It spins fast and smooth so it does not tangle. The handles feel good in my hands and are easy to grip. The weight helps me get a better workout. I use it every day now. Great for beginners and people who know how to jump rope already. Good quality and worth the money!

I bought this in July 2024. Never used it. I decided to finally break it out after getting tired of running. Both ropes are relatively the same weight. The black one is longer by a foot or so. Sizing them sort of sucks. I refuse to cut the cables because I'm lazy but the excess out of the bottom of the handles isn't too bad. I've jumped every day this week for 11 minutes per day (this was Day 5). Outside on a tennis court without a mat. Look, it's fine. It's thin. It stings on occasion. It holds up well when I throw it in frustration. I can feel where the court is taking a toll on the plastic casing of the rope but for $12 (literally the same price in 2024), you get two speed ropes. You can't even buy a cheap one at Walmart or TJ Maxx for that. And it's better quality. I'd buy it again but my goal is to get good enough to move up to a weighted rope.

Best jump rope I've ever used, hands down. Just feels so smooth, rewarding and fun. I bought a different jump rope with ball bearings but it felt heavy and sucked compared to this one.

I’ve been using this adjustable workout jump rope for a few weeks now, and it has quickly become one of my favorite fitness tools! The fact that it's adjustable makes it ideal for people of all heights and fitness levels. I was able to easily customize the length to fit my needs, which is perfect since I’ve tried other ropes in the past that were either too long or too short. The rope itself is lightweight but sturdy, and it moves smoothly with every rotation. I can get into a solid rhythm with minimal friction, which makes for a great workout. The handles are ergonomically designed, providing a comfortable grip, and they’re just the right size—not too bulky, not too slim. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my cardio and coordination since using this jump rope, and I love how versatile it is. Whether I’m doing high-intensity interval training or a casual warm-up, this rope has been perfect for any routine. Overall, this adjustable workout jump rope offers excellent quality for the price. It’s durable, easy to adjust, and delivers an efficient workout. If you’re looking to add some fun and effective cardio to your fitness routine, I highly recommend giving this jump rope a try!

I absolutely adore this jump rope. Even though when it whips you....whew. .

Item design sounded very nice, specifically the adjusting mechanism for the rope length. The problem the bearings in one of the handles almost immediately went out. This results in uneven rope rotation which makes it tangle very easily. This, in turn, causes tripping hazard. I tried WD-40, but it did not work. Initially, this worked well. I wish I had the option to get a replacement handle. It shipped quickly and had the qualities I was looking for. I'd like to think the flaw was an anomaly.

Cute speed rope, doesn't tangled or warp, does sting a little when you accidentally hit yourself with the steel rope lol. Ideal, compact, cute, durable. Came quickly and intact. No complaints.

Overall I won’t be using it as it hurts when you hit your legs. Faster than a normal plastic rope but painful when you miss and it hits your legs.

The rope looks great BUT after using it only one, the self locking mechanism on one side doesn't work so I now have a new but useless rope! I tried to contact customer support and the email doesn't work. I guess I will be throwing this one away and getting a new one. What a waste of money...
