The vacuum is very good however you don't get the accessories suggested by Amazon on the website. Problem has to be reported to Roidmi apparently if the product specification has changed however Roidmi point back to Amazon as they are the sellers. To cut to the chase, don't expect the motorised upholstery tool, a second (hard floor) roller or the water fed cleaning pad attachment for hard floors - these are no longer part of the RS35 product from the packaging I received although still advertised by Amazon. Amazon customer service have since corrected the issue to my satisfaction but be aware if these tools are important as Roidmi say you need to order these as an "extra" from their spares facilities.Review update June 2021 - after using for 4 months, the charge does not seem to last on the battery longer than 10 minutes on medium setting - just enough time to get a couple of rooms done - quite disappointed with the overall experience with this vacuum and therefore demoting to one star - cannot recommend

Had this for a couple of years, after 6 months or so the battery life really deteriorated. Putting it on high power, it lasts 10 seconds and then cuts out (on full charge). We barely use it now and regret ever purchasing it.

I brought this cleaner as a back up and to be honest it's much better than the one I currently have which has now been demoted to the back-up after spending time reading all the reviews what concerned me that others had complained that Amazon has mis-leaded them regarding accessories however if you read the description correctly there is no misleading at all.I cannot praise this cleaner enough, suction power, glides over the carpet, easy to use. Get one yourself and try it out you won't be disappointed.
