Excels name brand expectations!
Just as good as the diva cup, and imo these are actually better! The price of a new diva cup intimidated me. I couldnโt see spending that kind of money on sanitary products. However I LOVE the cups! They have minimal to no cramping and they are easy and convenient to use. They are reusable to no need for repeated purchases. It came with two sizes, the large seems a bit big (havenโt tried that one yet) but the smaller of the two sizes and extremely comparable to the diva cup itself. It even comes with a travel bag and a sanitizing cup for boiling! Super cool! These have an easy remove feature that helps make that process much smoother (no digging) and there is vent holes in the top so it prevents the whole super suction cup effect. Iโd recommend getting some period underwear as With any of these cups though, those undies are not a bad investment.

First time user, slight learning curve, but so far so good!
I had been seriously thinking about switching to a more convenient and affordable alternative to pads and tampons. I've used mainly pads for most of my life but in recent years (I'm in my early thirties) my periods have been getting MUCH heavier and my flow or the angle of my vaginal canal just doesn't work with tampons, I ALWAYS end up leaking on my heaviest days (yes, even with super plus ones ๐ฅฒ), which is when I need the most help! Another reason I wanted to switch was because I hate having to adjust the type of underwear I use or activities I can engage in (like swimming) while on my period. Anywho, as a first time cup user, of course there is a learning curve and all bodies are different, so even though I watched PLENTIFUL period cup and disc content ahead of time, there's nothing like going in there and doing it lol. Honestly for the price of this product and being a first time user, it was not nearly as troublesome as I thought it'd be. I've been using the small one and emptying it every two hours or so during the heavy days as I get used to it. I am currently towards the end, so I'm going to leave it in a lot longer since I highly doubt it will get full anyway (absolutely no longer than the recommended 6-12 hrs). First time insertion was messy and a bit difficult, but adding a bit of lube around the edge of the cup and using the punch fold seems to be working (shown in the video using the large size). Make sure you push back and not up to get it in place. The hardest part for me so far is making sure it opens up before I go on my merry way. Pulling it out a bit, wiggling it around and dragging a finger around the perimeter seems to help. At first it was a little unsettling that it disappears so far up there lol, but you can definitely get it out. To remove I wouldn't recommend yanking straight down (the suction can be slightly uncomfortable), what I do is bear down so it will peak out, grab the stem and gently pull as I bear down in intervals (like you're pooping), then move it back and forth until one of the edges starts peeking out and slowly releases the suction. At the entrance it can feel a little tight but from there pull straight down, grab the cup by the sides and voila, it's out! I've had no leaks that I've noticed, and I can't really feel it while it's in there. I know part of the point is to not be wasteful, but this first time I've been using nitrile gloves to insert and remove just because my long nails can make the experience more...pinchy lol All in all, I'm very happy so far and hoping this product will make my monthly period a far less inconvenient experience ๐ IMPORTANT TIPS/REMINDERS!!!: 1. Don't forget to sanitize (I'm boiling mine) for at least 5 minutes before first use and between uses. 2. Wash hands before and after inserting/removing to avoid any bacteria getting in there. 3. Rinse off with COLD water first after removing to try to avoid as much staining as possible. ๐ 10/10 great cup especially if you're a newbie like me, and if it doesn't work for you, you're not out $20-$40 by getting the more well-known brands ๐

Perfect!
Exactly what I needed at a great price as well. I had to finally throw away my previous one from saalt but didnโt feel like paying that price again. So I did some research and found this one. Iโm tired of boiling in a pot and watching it so I needed a container as well. This was perfect!

Smaller is better, getting it out sucks!!
The good parts: the small fits great and does the job, not too hard to put in, it will keep suction and stay in place, also easy to put it into place if it goes in a little bit off. Bad parts: Large was too big for me, it would not even fit. I wish the sizes were small and extra small! taking it out!!! ๐ญ It HURTS. It is difficult to get out, difficult to get your finger in to make it collapse, difficult to attempt to pull it down with your finger. If you can keep it down as you pull the nodule that is helpful, but because it is kind of stiff and your hands can slip it will probably pop back into place.๐ Pulling the nodule alone I definitely do not recommend that hurts the worst, the suction will make it feel like you're pulling your lady parts off if you don't collapse it!!! ๐ซ

A Very Good Affordable Cup Option
I bought this nearly a year ago and have used it every period since. Cheaper than Flex and several other brands, does the exact same thing with the exact same results. All menstrual cups have a learning curve to them, so there is that part, but all in all a great cup. I will say, my biggest (very minor) issue with it is that you can't get two of the same size, or just one, instead of a large and small. I have no need for the bigger one personally, though I suppose some women who plan on getting pregnant at some point may appreciate having both, and/or someone who is unsure about their size. Another small issue is that I wish the colors weren't different prices. I get it, but the clear ones are a bit off-putting if you aren't the biggest fan of blood. Ha. But I suppose it is nice to be able to see better where it needs to be cleaned. Pros and cons on that note. Last thing to worry about, the end of it is very thin, and I am concerned that after long enough usage that the tip could be ripped off with age. Perhaps it's stronger than it feels, but mine more recently feels like my nails could accidentally rip into it and break it, which would likely force me to buy another. Definitely a good idea to try grabbing it more at the base, where the ridges are, rather than tugging on the tip. Ooooonly times I've had any leakage was back when I first got it and had the positioning wrong once, and then when I've put off checking it for too long and it fills up. Otherwise has never been a problem!

Not for me
I wanted to love these but they just didn't work for me. They are too stiff and were incredibly uncomfortable to wear. Caused massive cramping. Unfortunately not great value for me as they're unusable. If you're sensitive or have a lower lying cervix I would avoid these and try something else.

Worked well
I didnโt want to get arsenic or lead poisoning from my tampons (look it up!) so I decided it was time to try an alternative menstrual product to tampons and pads. I got this cup and the flex discs. To be fair, even with the helpful instructional guide with pictures, I donโt think I successfully got the flex disc in the right place once. This period started on a Monday so I was at work every day. I had the flex disk slip and dump blood on the first day so decided to try this cup the second day. It did not move! It stayed put all day and again all night after I cleaned and dumped the cup. I still had heavy bleeding when I tried the cup and it handled it with no leaks. Iโm 38 and this is the best period I have ever had. I feel so much better then I normally do. I get really bad cramps and I still had them but had so many less other symptoms. I hate to think that the tampons that were supposed to help me were actually making me feel worse. Itโs incredibly depressing. Give this cup a try. Itโs a bit of an adjustment. For me, it was shocking how much blood there actually is. I never realized since it was promptly absorbed. My favorite thing about this product is that during most of the day you donโt have to see or deal with the blood which is really nice. I also am really hopeful that itโs not poisoning me which is lovely.

No regrets at all
I was skeptical about using a menstrual cup for the longest time and finally decided to give it a try. I have heavy flow in the initial days and pads just didn't make up to it as it would get messy and frequent changing. I am so glad I decided to get these specific brand after watching many video reviews and posts. the ball tip makes it so easy to locate and remove with a non slip grip. The two sizes are also great as you can use them as per your flow. No leaking, no ordor and no stains. Looks brand new and so easy to clean and store. Thumbs up!!

not the best
It just wasn't what i expected it could be better, if you are looking to buy these just because their cheap and you don't know if you will like them, don't just spend more money to feel if you like them it will work better. definitely feel buyers remorse
