Great for making salad dressings
I use this mustard in homemade dressing: 3 parts lemon oil, 1 part ages balsamic vinegar, a little honey, course sea salt, coarse ground black pepper, and a dollop of coarse ground Dijon mustard.Also great with pretzels for Octoberfest!

Not Great Mustard
This mustard did not meet my expectations. Was completely runny and unenjoyable.

Mustard Soup
It's like mustard soup. So liquidy. I suppose maybe if sandwiches were the only use, that might be a feature? But I kinda expected it to be a little more robust in texture. Like, well, every other mustard ever.
