Best Tasting Salt & Pepper, No Chemical Processes, Excellent Grinder
The Alessi Sea Salt and Black Pepper grinders are a permanant fixture in our kitchen. The freshness and taste are very good. Only brand of grinders we have used for the last five tears. The mill/grinder is easy to twist, produces good size pieces and does this consistently. We use these for steak, pasta, soups, stews, chicken, vegetables and of course our eggs at breakfast (basically for all our cooking). I'm guessing you will be very happy if you purchase this set.

WONDERFUL HOME VERSION
Saw this in an Italian restaurant and had to try it at home. Great taste, fresh, ground straight from the bottle. Frankly, we use less salt because the taste is so distinct. As for fresh pepper, I grind out as much as I can because it tastes fantastic.
