8 Inch Curved Breaking Knife, Butcher Knife for Meat Cutting

Very nice breaking knife. It will need to have an edge drawn on it after you give it a bath. Use a quality oil stone and you will be very happy with this knife. I have said before, I own 3 Bolexino and I love them all. I love the shape of the handle. The color makes me sad, it is black and doesn't match the boning knife and the butcher knife I own, potatoe, patatoe, am I right. I like haow well it fits in my hand. It makes easy cuts. Very comfortable to use for hrs on end. The knife has the feel of a through blank or full tang knife, but I am not entirely certain about that. Again I like this one too. The price is very nice too!

This knife is very sharp and makes it easy to cut and prepare any type of meats or fish. I only wish I had purchased this years ago.

Bolenxino 8 inch Breaking knife is use for work, it could’ve been better if it had came sharpened, I had to take it to get it sharpened and now it’s just right.

Well worth it! I’ve never had a knife this sharp before. It was recommended to me by a butcher and it’s been a game changer in cutting up roasts and trimming briskets. 10/10 would buy again.

To save money on meat we plan on buying primal cuts which meant that we needed a bigger knife than my 8" chef's knife to break them down. I tested this on some large, frozen chicken breasts and was able to make very good cuts with no tearing even when cutting cross-grain. I am looking forward to getting a whole brisket or beef loin from Costco and see how well this helps me break them down.

Only used one day, cut about 20-30 lb. It lost it's sharpness.

Very sharp and holds its edge extremely well. I deboned half a moose and only had to use a honing stone once. Excellent knife and even better price.
