According to Nestle's site, these are the ingredients.:Fat Reduced Drinking Chocolate (43%) (Sugar, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder), Skimmed Milk Powder, Sugar, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Dried Glucose Syrup, Lactose - Whey Permeate, Lactose, Thickeners (E466, E415), Salt, Milk Proteins, Flavourings, Stabilisers (E340, E452i, E331)Best hot chocolate, from a powder, I have ever had. I love how it bubbles up without milk. We don't have the same ingredients in the U.S. or we don't call them the same thing. The emulsifiers and thickners they use are not found in U.S. processed food or they have different names for the same thing, maybe. Everything else looks okay. It is powdered hot chcolate so if you want more natural buy pure baking cocoa and add sweetener or melt chocolate with milk. This stuff is awesome though!
