Why does the case feel too tight or too loose on my pencil?

Please confirm you are using Apple Pencil 2nd Gen or Apple Pencil Pro(2024) before purchase, the sleeve is Not compatible with Apple Pencil 1st Generation or USB-C Apple Pencil!

Why is my Apple Pencil not charging after putting on the sleeve?

Please check: 1) Make sure you align the flat side 2) Do not use an iPad full-coverage case

Why is it hard to install and take off?

The sleeve is intentionally designed with a snug, precision fit so it stays securely on your Apple Pencil during daily use. For easier installation and removal, slide it on or off slowly and evenly rather than pulling from one side
