I love vinegar and this is perhaps my all time favorite one!! Definitely enhances any recipe you use it in!! Imparts a rich complex sort of smoky and tangy umami flavor, I use it in place of rice wine vinegar and in pretty much every salad dressing and sauce I make!!

Vinegar tastes great (and it's a hard find - kosher black vinegar!) - the bottle pours it out way too slowly, though.

I was happy to find authentic organic black vinegar. I use this vinegar over stir-fried rice and vegetables and pork. It adds a umami smoky complexity to dishes. I really love its versatility. This vinegar is smooth enough to be used as a cooking or finishing ingredient. The glass jar arrived in tack without leakage.

Less salt and tons of flavor!

The flavor is unique, kind of a nutty flavor. I thin out regular salad dressing with it

I took this vinegar out of box. It was not broke. I unscrewed the top cap to use it and the whole glass part was broke and I couldn’t use it. There should be some kind of refund for this because it would’ve been dangerous for me to use it there may be broken glass in it. Bottle was made too cheap !!! but there’s no way to get a credit. That’s bad policy !!! buyer beware of this product.
