Here’s my story, Garmin 130
I had a Garmin 130 Plus. It met all my cycling needs for about two years until I lost it. The reason I chose the 130 vs. more expensive models is I just needed it for basic cycling information. Distance, speed, average speed, elevation, total ascent, time of day, weather, and message notification. I have no need for training information, routing prompts, accessory connections and the like. So, when I could not locate my old Garmin 130 Plus, a refurbished 130 seemed like the way to go. After all the price was $70 less and the reviews were just as good as new. You can see my photos of how I received it. Packaged nicely, but clearly a refurbished unit. The 130 itself was flawless. So, I did a 30 miler today to check it out. I was not disappointed. After riding for 2 hours it appears I used about 25% battery life. That’s ok with me. At age 70 I rarely exceed more than a 50 mile ride. The screen is easy to read, and I was able to easily configure the screens to meet my needs. Hope I can keep from losing this one for at least a couple years. Worth the price, quality unit. Recommended.

Fun!
For a refurbished bike computer I'm pleasantly happy. I mainly use it in extended display mode and allow my Garmin Epix watch to do all the work. I like how I can glance down at my handle bars and see tye data I need. Looking at a watch isn't the best when riding, especially on trails. This little nifty device is cool. It's NOT the end all be all bike computer. If you're a data nerd, get something more top of the line. If you're a casual rider, weekend warrior or general fitness rider, this is good.

Works great- great ride tracking and syncs with watch easily
I have the Garmin HR monitor, speed and cadence monitors and they all paired within seconds of turning this guy on. For the money it does everything I need it to and seems very accurate. Wish the battery life was a tad better- needs a charge about every third ride- but other than that it is great economical bike computer.

Refurbished works flawlessly
Replaced my 13 year old Garmin 500 with this Edge 130. First test ride today. Love it. Easy to see and configure. Connected easily to my cadence and speed sensors. Integrates perfectly with Garmin connect software.

Worth the price
Doesn’t register until a mile or so into your ride

Renewed unit: battery is weak
I opted for a renewed unit to replace an Edge25. It's fine, but the battery indicator goes to half-capacity after an hour of riding.
