How to get pigment out of bottles? I squeezed nothing, there was a plastic stopper I removed it, just big hole? Some other orange caps with pin in it?

USE THE ORANGE CAP WITH THE PIN TO MAKE A HOLE IN THE CLEAR PLASTIC DROPPER TUBE

Are theses waterproof?

I added the pigment to silicone that I made jewellery with and the colour is fast. I’ve swam whilst wearing the jewellery.

Are these colours UV stable ?

Hello, yes, it is uv stable. Hope this could help.

Can these be used on resin or just the silicone??

Prob just the silicone, buy alcohol ink for the resin.
