Q: Do they shrink after washing?

They shrink some. They don't fit a size 8.5 shoe size. Their size 4-10 sock is more for size 7 shoe size and below, maybe 7.5 Ive been wearing these for many years. They last a long time. No Non-sense used to offer color black in size 11 to 13 for the same sock. Not sure why they stopped. However, this size range 4-10 is too much of a squeeze for people with larger feet and therefore not enough padding if they choose to wear them, because they have to stretch them out. Myself had bought the bigger size for years. When they shrunk some their was more padding. Had stocked up on this style and brand, a large drawer full, but when the last pair had holes in them tried to order some more, not in black for the bigger size, no nonsense only offered white. So I ordered these in the smaller size 4-10 and they just shrunk too much for size 8.5 size foot, shrunk about 3 inches in length. They will stretch back out some when one puts their foot in them, but really their not for the size foot they claim.

Yes these would work great for u. I also have small feet and hard to find socks. I wear size 6 and these are perfect.
