I am delighted with this product, fits comfortably in all my shoes. Really makes a difference making my foot feel secure and stable. The value for money with these is off the charts.

Large size fit size 10 shoes fine. They are comfortable. Hard to know whether they will help significantly in the long term, but no reason to think they won't.

I recently tried these heel cups to help with my heel pain. They do provide good cushioning and have made walking more comfortable. However, I find them a bit expensive for what they are. If you're willing to invest a little more for comfort, they might be worth it.

These do a good job of keeping your heel from moving side to side in a shoe, but they sit so high in the heel that your heel feels like it's slipping out the back of the shoe and causes the back edge of the heel collar to dig into your heel.

Suffered with planta facitus for many years, which lead to sore heels.These heel cups have been great , easy to remove & put into other foot ware& comfortable

These were recommended by my podiatrist, and although they didn’t completely stop the pain, they do provide good cushioning to enable me to walk with less pain.
