Can i use the glasses over contact lenses?

If your glasses are relatively small, they can be used. You can refer to the size in the main picture to determine if they are suitable for your glasses!

Are they anti-fog or 'fog proof' like you say? I bought anti-fog glasses that fogged up right away when wearing my mask.

I ended up putting a folded piece of Kleenex under my mask and no more fogging. No fog safety glasses didn’t work for me

Are these soft/flexible and do they seal to your face

No, they are more like standard glasses but with a side panel to provide better protection.
