Superb Amla Achaar !
Excellent ! I have prepared Gooseberry pickle with Pushp Achar Masala using gingelly oil. Chopped green chilly and garlic were added as additional ingredients with couple of pinches of asafoetida powder. Came out to be one of the best pickle ever tasted.
