If I replace the ac pressure switch on my car, all of the coolant is lost. Do you have a self sealing adapter that woould make the job easier?

You will not lose 1 drop of coolant. The a/c system has refrigerant in it. There is a schrader under the switch so you can change it without losing but a tiny amount

Which valve core do you need to remove

Designed for installing or removing standard, JRA and schrader valves. But you will need to use a dab of vacuum grease on the end of the probe to insure that the schrader valve stays attached to it during core removal.

So this will let me convert autozones r134 manifold gauge set to fit on my 1234yf ac lines? And 1234yf can tap?

I used it on a harbor freight r-134a ac manifold and it worked good .

Are the can taps left handed thread ideally for r1234yf?

Mine came with right hand thread. With a cheap adapter to left hand thread.
