Broken, doesn’t work! Can’t contact seller!

When I received this, I went to go put batteries in and it didn’t work at all. I tried contacting Amazon and the seller to see if we can exchange the product and nothing! It’s not a bad gift but until I’m able to talk to the seller or Amazon about this, it’s staying at a 1 star
