What's not to love.
made killer schwarmas and al pastors. I put it in a 8x8 square baking dish to catch the juices. Not cheapy, quality's great.

Tacos al pastor on the grill!
This was worth it with just one purchase. Loaded it up with marinated pork, put it on the grill, and shaved off slices of deliciously spicey pork with just the right amount of char. Looking forward to doing it again! It looked like the marinade was baked on hard afterwards, but with a short soak the stainless steel washed completely clean.

Útil pero ¿a qué costo?
El material es muy bueno, el diseño también. Pero la carne tarda aproximadamente 2 horas en estar lista en el horno. Es desesperante. Hubiese preferido freirla. Se ve muy bonito, pero termina siendo más tardado, difícil de servir, una pesadilla para lavarlo.

Sturdy skewer.
Very sturdy and big enough to hold plenty of steak or chicken or whatever else you wanna cook.
