Great product it definitely helps. Get rid of congestion. I have no side effects. It’s easy to use. The taste is good. The color is fine no problem with the color. The scent is fine. I didn’t try it for sleep so I have no idea. I’m using it to get rid of congestion.

Not sure if it worked or not
The capsules are big and smell weird. I have to swallow them fast so that smell doesn't linger to long in my mouth. I had the rhinovirus so I'm not sure if the pills helped clear up the mucous or not.
