Decksaver Pioneer XDJ-XZ cover

For an expensive piece of DJ kit, I chose to purchase this on recommendation of several videos that I watched about the XZ. This is a big sheet of polycarbonate that covers everything except the wiring connections on the front. You do not need to have fader or sliders in a specific position to fit it over. I think quite a few smaller USB drives (physical size) will also stay plugged in with the cover on. Mine certainly does. This keeps dust, cats and guests who have recently immersed their hands in potato chip grease off of you kit so it will last longer. I will not be testing this, but it looks as if liquid spills will also flow off the side of this cover and will not allow liquid ingress to the surface of the controller. I think liquid will still run down the side though. Unless you have your XZ in a hard, waterproof case and only take it out to use when there are no liquids around, I recommend spending the extra money to protect you gear. It's always worth it.

This is a MUST HAVE for anyone that owns a 2-3 thousand dollar mp3 player.

Got this case for my boyfriend to keep his decks from collecting dust. Makes it easier to clean his desk and keeps them protected for any other element in the house. Super easy to just pop on and off. It does not have any padding, so the protection is evidently just superficial.

Fits well, sturdy, what else do you need?

The last summer while the world around us was burning down I was doing an outdoor wedding, just outside the get the F*** out area, we had ash falling all day, just kept the cover on and raised it to get my hands under and mix the next song. It looked funny but my XZ was the only piece of equipment I did not have to do a full detail on.

Fits perfectly on top! Easy to put on and take off, extremely light and makes my set look flawless! Highly recommend for protection against dust/pets

This product fits the xdjxz well, but arrived scratched and smudged. I tried to clean the product with a microfiber cloth but what looks like smudges are actually scratched into the surface and so they are not able to be cleaned. It was difficult to show on film but very obvious to the eye in person. For the $140 price tag, this product should have arrived in new condition without significant scratching. There was a loose plastic bag over the piece when it arrived, but there was no protective film or padding to prevent damage.

Alles passend. Noch erwähnenswert, es passt unter die Abdeckung nur ein kleiner Stick eingesteckt. Länglichere Sticks muss man dann vorher raus machen.
